Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £150.00 per person is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 9 weeks before departure. A further charge may be made for alterations to the original booking. No refunds can be given for unused accommodation or meals.
An additional, refundable, deposit of £200.00 per booking will be held against any outstanding bills, excess cleaning or breakages in self catered accommodation.
Indemnity
Ski with Julia will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused to clients prior to, during, or after the holiday.
Cancellations
All notices of cancellation must be made in writing. Accommodation charges will be subject to the following surcharges according to cancellation dates: 6-8 weeks prior to departure 60%; 4-6 weeks prior to departure 75%; 4 weeks or less 100%. |

Complaints
I hope you will not experience any problems with your holiday However, should a complaint or problem arise please contact your rep immediately in Verbier or telephone me direct on +44 (0)1386 584 478 and I shall do my utmost to resolve the problem immediately. All complaints must be made in writing to Julia Beldam.
Breakages
Should any client have the misadventure of breaking or damaging any furniture or possession in any accommodation, they will be liable for the full replacement cost or repair of such damage. Ski with Julia reserves the right to invoice for any damages unpaid at the end of the holiday.
Liability
Ski with Julia clients undertake to behave in such a manner as to cause no damage, distress, danger or annoyance to other clients or the reputation of Ski with Julia.
